Healthy eating.
People often say "You are what you eat" and we all know that to be healthy we need to eat healthy food.
For example, salads are full of vitamins and minerals. But you shouldn't use heavy mayonnaise and to much salt  or sugar.
Some things are bad for people, but they have some benefits. For example good quality dark chocolate helps protect your heart.
Eggs are a good source of proteins and vitamins. But if you prefer fried eggs, try frying them in olive oil instead of butter.
Red meat such as beef can be part of a healthy diet.
There are different junk drinks, among them you can find fruit juices. And you shouldn't dink them. It's a good idea to read all the labels.
