I love my dad and I want to tell you about he. He had a short brown hear and blue eyes. He is 180 santimeters tall. My dad is very interesting and funny man. Meny people want to be friends whith him. Some times I went whith my dad to cinema, cafe, bowling and went to other places. He taled me the interesting stories. Like this I spend my free time whith my faher.

Healthy eating.
People often say "You are what you eat" and we all know that to be healthy we need to eat healthy food.
For example, salads are full of vitamins and minerals. But you shouldn't use heavy mayonnaise and to much salt  or sugar.
Some things are bad for people, but they have some benefits. For example good quality dark chocolate helps protect your heart.
Eggs are a good source of proteins and vitamins. But if you prefer fried eggs, try frying them in olive oil instead of butter.
Red meat such as beef can be part of a healthy diet.
There are different junk drinks, among them you can find fruit juices. And you shouldn't dink them. It's a good idea to read all the labels.

My interesting legend.

Onse a pone time I went through the roud and saw a very scary ghost. It has got a black eyes and a white body looks like a bed sheet. When I saw it, I ran very, very fast. And I didn't  saw more.

Best Christmas present.
For me best Christmas present are monster high dolls, because I have very big collection of this dolls.
I have 131 monster high dolls.
I like this dolls and my whole family like this dolls too.
I collect this dolls 3 years.
And I want to say one more time, for me best Christmas present are monster high dolls.

I admire some people, but my mom is my reason to live. She is the big hero in my life and Im going to describe her.
 Her name is Olga . My mom is a gineral director in spa salon "oval". She works hard every day and she likes to learn something new every day. She leads a wonderful family life, she is always cheerful and happy. She has been married for 14 years.
 My mom is 37 years old, but she doesn't look like it. She is not very tall, id rather say she is of medium height. She has a good figure, is slender. Her face is oval and nose is straight, small. What make her really amazing are her big shiny green eyes. She has a beautiful smile. Her skin is soft and pale. Mum?s hair is wavy, shoulder-length and bright. Some people says I look like her when she was teenager. I think it is true and I am happy for that. Because Mum is a very slim and shapely women, she looks good in almost everything. She always wears elegant clothes that really complement her perfect figure for example a long dress or a tight blouse.
 I admire her because she is very intelligent, ambitious and she has many goals in her life. She takes care of us because she loves us. She is also wonderful mother, very patient, sensitive and warm-hearted. She knows answers to every question, even those very silly. Being so patient and sensible, she even helps others to solve their problems. She is great fun to be with because her sense of humor is wonderful.
 My mother has many talents. She can type on a computer very fast. She is good singer. Generally, Mum is a warm and friendly person who loves social life, going to parties, dancing and cooking. She is very patient and careful with everything she does. She never lets social life get in the way of relationship with our. She says that family is the most important in her life.
 She is very important to me, because she teaches me to be better every day. She is a good example to me and I love her for many more reasons. I admire my mom so much and I love her. She always can advise me. She wants good things for family and it is good for me. I want to be like her with many goals in my life. And If we were far away our hearts will always be together.

 Today, first of all I would like to say that Russia has a lot of delicious food and national ones I want to tell you about the pelmeni. Pelmeni is a popular main course dish in Russian cuisine that comes from Siberia. It is similar to the Italian dish ravioli because it is made with dough. In fact I do not really like pelmeni but  my whole family loves them. Today, pelmeni is available in the frozen food section of the supermarket and is very popular with students.
